Allah, Janglah Engkau Biarkan Kami Sebarang Dosa Kecuali Engkau Ampunkan

Allahumma Laa tada' lanaa dzanban illa Ghafarta,

Wa Laa Hamman illa Far-raj-ta,

wa Laa Dai-nan illa Qadhayta,

Wa Laa HaaJaTaN min Hawaa'ijid

Dunya wal Aakhira illa Qadhaytaha

Ya Arhamar Raahimeen.

Ya Allah, Ya Tuhan kami! Jangan Engkau biarkan kami sebarang dosa melainkan Engkau Mengampunkannya,

Tiada seberang kebuntuan melainkan Engkau Melapangkannya,

(Muttafaq’alaihi)

Memperbanyak Do’a

Aisyah radliyallahu’anha pernah berkata: Adalah Nabi shallahu’alaihi wa sallam apabila memasuki sepuluh malam terakhir beliau mengencangkan tali sarungnya, menghidupkan malamnya dan membangunkan keluarganya. (HR.

12. Ramadan melatih kamu supaya bersabar, tetapi semasa memandu, tindak tanduk kamu ternyata hilang sabar. Tangan kamu menekan horn memanjang tanda marah apabila kenderaan lain mengganggu kelancaran kenderaan kamu sambil mulut menyumpah-nyumpah.

A Brother Like That

Shuaib received an automobile from his brother as a Eid present. On Eid day when Shuaib came out of his office, a street urchin was walking around the shiny new car, admiring it. "Is this your car, Uncle?" he asked. Shuaib nodded. "My brother gave it to me for Eid." The boy was astounded.

"You mean your brother gave it to you and it didn't cost you nothing? Boy, I wish..." He hesitated. Of course Shuaib knew what he was going to wish for. He was going to wish he had a brother like that. But what the lad said jarred Shuaib all the way down to his heels. "I wish," the boy went on, "that I could be a brother like that." Shuaib looked at the boy in astonishment, then impulsively he added, "Would you like to take a ride in my automobile?" "Oh yes, I'd love that."

After a short ride, the boy turned and with his eyes aglow, said, "Uncle, would you mind driving in front of my house?" Shuaib smiled a little. He thought he knew what the lad wanted. He wanted to show his neighbors that he could ride home in a big automobile. But Shuaib was wrong again. "Will you stop where those two steps are?" the boy asked. He ran up the steps. Then in a little while Shuaib heard him coming back, but he was not coming fast. He was carrying his little crippled brother. He sat him down on the bottom step, then sort of squeezed up against him and pointed to the car.

"There she is, uncle, just like I told you upstairs. His brother gave it to him for Eid and it didn't cost him a penny. And some day I'm gonna give you one just like it...then you can see for yourself all the pretty things in the Shop windows that I've been trying to tell you about."

Shuaib got out and lifted the boy to the front seat of his car. The shining-eyed older brother climbed in beside him and the three of them began a memorable holiday ride. That Eid, Shuaib learned what the RasulAllah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) meant when he had said: "love for your brother what you love for yourself".

Shaitan called a world-wide Convention

Author Unknown

Shaytan called a worldwide convention.

In his opening address to his evil Jinns, he said, "We can't keep the Believers from going to Masjids. We can't keep them from reading their Qur`an and knowing the truth. We can't even keep them from forming an intimate, abiding relationship experience with Allah".

Once they gain that connection with Allah, our power over them is broken. So let them go to their Masjids; let them have their conservative lifestyles, but steal their time, so they can't gain that relationship with Allah.

This is what I want you to do Jinns. Distract them from gaining hold of their Lord and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day! "How shall we do this?" shouted his Jinns. "Keep them busy in the nonessentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered. "Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow. Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles. Keep them from spending time with their children. As their family fragments, soon, their home will offer no escape from the pressures of work!"

"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice. Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive, to keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-Qur`anic recitation constantly. This will jam their minds and break that union with Allah."

"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers. Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day. Invade their driving moments with billboards. Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes. Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines so their husbands will believe that external beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives. That will fragment those families quickly!"

"Even in their recreation, let them be excessive. Have them return from their recreation exhausted, disquieted, and unprepared for the coming week. Don't let them go out in nature to reflect on Allah's wonders. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, concerts and movies instead. Keep them busy, busy, and busy! And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences and unsettled emotions. Go ahead, let them be involved in soul winning; but crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Allah."

"Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause. It will work! It will work!" It was quite a convention. The evil Jinns went eagerly to their assignments causing Believers everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there. I guess the question is; has the devil been successful at his scheme?

Your Prayer

Your Prayer

Author Unknown

He remembered his grandmother’s warning about praying on time:

"My son, you shouldn’t leave prayer to this late time".

His grandmother’s age was 70 but whenever she heard the Adhan, she got up like an arrow and performed Salah. He, however could never win over his ego to get up and pray. Whatever he did, his Salah was always the last to be offered and he prayed it quickly to get it in on time.

Thinking of this, he got up and realized that there were only 15 minutes left before Salat-al Isha. He quickly made Wudhu and performed Salat-al Maghrib. While making Tasbih, he again remembered his grandmother and was embarrassed by how he had prayed. His grandmother prayed with such tranquility and peace. He began making Dua and went down to make Sajdah and stayed like that for a while. He had been at school all day and was tired, so tired….

He awoke abruptly to the sound of noise and shouting. He was sweating profusely. He looked around. It was very crowded. Every direction he looked in was filled with people. Some stood frozen looking around, some were running left and right and some were on their knees with their heads in their hands just waiting. Pure fear and apprehension filled him as he realized where he was. His heart was about to burst.

It was the Day of Judgement.

When he was alive, he had heard many things about the questioning on the Day of Judgement, but that seemed so long ago.

Could this be something his mind made up? No, the wait and the fear were so great that he could not have imagined this. The interrogation was still going on. He began moving frantically from people to people to ask if his name had been called. No one could answer him.

All of a sudden his name was called and the crowd split into two and made a passageway for him. Two people grabbed his arms and led him forward. He walked with unknowing eyes through the crowd. The angels brought him to the center and left him there. His head was bent down and his whole life was passing in front of his eyes like a movie.

He opened his eyes but saw only another world. The people were all helping others. He saw his father running from one lecture to the other, spending his wealth in the way of Islam. His mother invited guests to their house and one table was being set while the other was being cleared. He pleaded his case, "I too was always on this path. I helped others. I spread the word of Allah. I performed my Salah. I fasted in the month of Ramadan. Whatever Allah ordered us to do, I did. Whatever he ordered us not to do, I did not." He began to cry and think about how much he loved Allah.

He knew that whatever he had done in life would be less than what Allah deserved and his only protector was Allah. He was sweating like never before and was shaking all over. His eyes were fixed on the scale, waiting for the final decision.

At last, the decision was made. The two angels with sheets of paper in their hands, turned to the crowd. His legs felt like they were going to collapse. He closed his eyes as they began to read the names of those people who were to enter Jahannam. His name was read first. He fell on his knees and yelled that this couldn’t be, "How could I go to Jahannam? I served others all my life, I spread the word of Allah to others".

His eyes had become blurry and he was shaking with sweat. The two angels took him by the arms. As his feet dragged, they went through the crowd and advanced toward the blazing flames of Jahannam. He was yelling and wondered if there was any person who was going to help him. He was yelling of all the good deeds he had done, how he had helped his father, his fasts, prayers, the Qur’an that he read, he was asking if none of them would help him. The Jahannam angels continued to drag him. They had gotten closer to the Hellfire. He looked back and these were his last pleas.

Had not Rasulullah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "How clean would a person be who bathes in a river five times a day, so too does the Salah performed five times cleanse someone of their sins"? He began yelling, "My prayers…my prayers…my prayers." The two angels did not stop, and they came to the edge of the abyss of Jahannam.

The flames of the fire were burning his face. He looked back one last time, but his eyes were dry of hope and he had nothing left in him. One of the angels pushed him in.

He found himself in the air and falling towards the flames. He had just fallen five or six feet when a hand grabbed him by the arm and pulled him back. He lifted his head and saw an old man with a long white beard. He wiped some dust off himself and asked him, "Who are you?" The old man replied, "I am your prayers". "Why are you so late! I was almost in the Fire! You rescued me at the last minute before I fell in". The old man smiled and shook his head, "You always performed me at the last minute, did you forget?"

At that instant, he blinked and lifted his head from Sajdah. He was in a sweat. He listened to the voices coming from outside. He heard the adhan for Salat-ul Isha. He got up quickly and went to perform Wudhu.

Before God

Before God

My heart has been in quite a turmoil the past few days. People don’t seem to know or care how their actions affect others. On top of that, I feel this huge gulf between me and my Creator. :(

It was last night’s terawih prayers. The moment the bilal gave the call and mentioned Sayyidina Abu Bakr’s RA name, my eyes started tearing. The Imam then read al-Fatiha.

“Maliki yawmi-deen.”
Master of the Day of Judgment.

At that moment, the mosque disappeared, the prayer rug disappeared, and I was in a strange landscape. It was dark, my heart in terror and I could see the dusty ground.

I was on my knees. My neck turned down at an angle, my head unable to move because of the sheer magnificence of the Presence before me.

My arms were stretched forward; in my palm, I held a rotting, black heart. This was all I had to present to my Creator.

How ashamed I felt. I tried to think of the things I had done. Each time I thought of something, another voice would counter me.

“I consistently prayed 5 times a day.”

“But your prayers were void of the remembrance of Me. Your stand, your prostration, were all nothing but physical acts.”

“I fasted in Ramadhan and outside of Ramadhan!”

“But you failed to keep yourself away from sin and harboured ill thoughts about your fellow Muslims.”

“I wore the hijab and did not let a man see me.”

“Your hijab and long robes were nothing but a glamour parade for you and did nothing to your heart except to veil it from Me.”

“Please ya Rabbi.. I read the Qur’an. Let it be a syafaah for me!”

“Your recitation was no more than the perfect articulation of sounds. You did not understand what you read and did not heed the advice that I gave in the Qur’an. Reminders of the Last Day and the meeting with Me were vain murmurings to your ears!”

“I sent Salaam to the Prophet SAW. Let him be a syafaah for me!”

“Your love for him was nothing but a lie. You attended majalis that honoured him to enjoy the music and the food and the company of friends. Far away was that from honouring him!”

At that moment, 2 great tall dark figures dragged me roughly and I knew where I was heading. I struggled and screamed, crying and kicking and still they dragged me, the sound of chains clacking against each other. At the far corner of my eye, I saw a man look away. Even he could not save me, a hypocrite from his ummah.

The rest of my terawih was spent in tears and absolute grief.

Prepare yourself for the long journey

Arabic lyric and translation:

Go through the trials of life, the little of little trials,

And prepare yourself for the long journey.

Do not be deluded with the world; abandon it.

Verily, the world is not a place for settling.

In his obedience you win both, life on earth and the hereafter,

And in his obedience there is pride for the humiliated slave.

And in his disobedience there is shame and fire (hellfire),

And in such distance (from your Lord) you shall only find humiliation.

So do not disobey your Lord, and obey Him, always,

For you might be (luckily) accepted

And our Lord prays (grants His blessings) at all times, and offers peace (Salaam) at sunset and sunrise, to Taha, the messenger who brought in good tidings (Prophet Muhammed S.A.W), the seal of the Prophets, the guide, the leader.

.: Do you hate someone? :.

Do you hate someone?

Do you hate someone? Do you really hate someone? You haven't spoken to him for a while? You've been blaming him?

You're not the only one; the Muslim Ummah today is diseased with this to the extent that almost every Muslim knows another Muslim who he hates.

The Ummah is like a building with the Muslims as it's bricks, brotherhood is the cement. Without forgiveness you cannot have brotherhood.

OK then, he wronged you. He deceived you. He backbited you. He lied to you. But even in these extreme situations the Qur'an and the Hadith teach us that we have to forgive others (especially those who hurt us the most) if we wish to earn the forgiveness of Allah on the day of judgement.

We have all committed many sins, made many mistakes and no doubt we have wronged others, we have deceived others, we have backbited others and no doubt we have lied to others.

So what makes us focus onto brothers' and sisters' errors while we remain unconscious of our own. Not to forgive is like to live in arrogance, and ignorance of our own shortcomings.

Forgiveness is linked with piety and God-consciousness, is there anybody who is not without sin? Is there anybody who can be arrogant enough to say that he does not need to forgive? Do we not know that Allah forgives those who forgive others?

Therefore, we should realise the difficulties of others and forgive them. Allah says in the Qur'an:

"Be quick in the forgiveness from your Lord, and pardon (all) men - for Allah loves those who do good." [Surah ali Imran; 3:133-134]

And we know that Allah Himself is Ar-Rahmaan (the Most Compassionate) and Ar-Raheem (the Most Merciful) and that His Mercy is infinite, and that no matter the sin (except shirk) Allah is always willing to answer the person's call for forgiveness. In fact Allah loves the tear drop that falls from the eye of one who sincerely seeks the forgiveness of his Lord.

And Allah loves us to have hearts that are ready to forgive.

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) once asked his companions;

"Do you know what will cause you to have high walled palaces in Paradise (as a symbol of great reward) and will cause you to be raised by God?" When they replied in the negative, he said,

"To be forgiving and to control yourself in the face of provocation, to give justice to the person who was unfair and unjust to you, to give to someone even though he did not give to you when you were in need and to keep connection with someone who may not have reciprocated your concern."

Similarly the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that the best of people are those who are slow to get angry and quick to forgive. On the other hand the worst of people are those, he said who get angry quickly but are slow to forgive.

The characteristic that makes a person most likely to forgive is the purity of his or her heart. Apologies must be accepted, the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that:

"Whoever apologises to his brother and that apology is not accepted, then the person who refuses to accept the apology bears the sin of one who takes the property of another unjustly.

And the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) also said that:

"The doors of the Garden are open on Monday and Thursday. Every Muslim slave who does not associate anything with Allah is forgiven except for the man who has enmity between him and his brother. It is said, 'Leave those two until they have made a reconciliation. Leave those two until they have made a reconciliation.'"

If we look at the example and the character of the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) we can see that he was always forgiving and never showed enmity to anyone except those who waged war against him. There was an old lady who used to throw rubbish in his way every day, on one occasion she did not throw rubbish in the street, so he decided to go and see what was the matter. She was ill in bed, to her amazement, the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) came to see her and find out about her.

She accepted Islam.

This is the example of the man whom we claim to follow. Thumamah, as the chief of his tribe had killed many Muslims. On his travels, he was caught by the Muslim soldiers and was taken to the Prophet's masjid and tied to one of the pillars. The Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) commanded his companions to untie him and give him the best food. The Messenger of God (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) was indeed a mercy for the worlds.

We should similarly be merciful with each other. First of all, we ourselves should not do anything to upset our brothers and sisters (because this is in itself a part of mercy) and then we should forgive those who have upset us or made us angry. We will never be a strong ummah if we are not able to forgive.

Some might say that to forgive is a sign of weakness and humiliation, and for them it is better to be strong and preserve their honor. But honor in the eyes of Allah lies in forgiveness.

"But indeed if any shows patience and forgives that would truly be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs." [surah 42:43]

If we are to be really strong then we have to be strong against Shaytaan and forgive our brothers and sisters, and in this way maybe Allah will decide insha-Allah to forgive ourselves for our many mistakes.

Kesalahan2 Yg Mungkin Sering Dilakukan Di Bulan Ramadhan

Gambar ihsan ramdani1428

Extract from IslamQA

Praise be to Allaah.

May Allaah accept all our righteous words and deeds, and help us to be sincere in secret and in public.

There follows a suggested program for the Muslim during this blessed month:

The Muslim's day in Ramadaan:

The Muslim starts his day with suhoor before Fajr prayer. It is better to delay suhoor until the latest possible time of the night.

Then after that the Muslim gets ready for Fajr prayer before the adhaan. So he does wudoo' at home and goes out to the mosque before the adhaan.

When he enters the mosque, he prays two rak'ahs (tahiyyat al-masjid - greeting the mosque). Then he sits and keeps busy making du'aa', or reading Qur'aan, or reciting dhikr, until the muezzin gives the call to prayer. He repeats what the muezzin says, and says the du'aa' narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to be said after the adhaan ends. Then after that he prays two rak'ahs (the regular Sunnah of Fajr), then he occupies himself with du'aa' and reading Qur'aan until the iqaamah for prayer is given. He is in a state of prayer so long as he is waiting for the prayer.

After offering the prayer in congregation, he recites the dhikrs that are prescribed following the salaam at the end of the prayer. After that if he wants to sit in the mosque until the sun has risen, reciting dhikr and reading Qur'aan, that is preferable, and that is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to do after Fajr prayer.

Then about one-quarter of an hour after the sun has risen, if he wants he can pray Duha prayer (a minimum of two rak'ahs), and that is good. Or if he wants he can delay it until the preferred time, which is when the day has grown hotter and the sun is higher in the sky - that is better.

Then if he wants he may sleep to prepare himself for going to work, and he can intend by sleeping to strengthen himself for worship and earning a living, so that he will be rewarded for it in sha Allah. He should also follow the etiquette of sleep that is prescribed in sharee'ah, both actions and words.

Then he goes to work, and when the time for Zuhr prayer comes, he goes to the mosque early, before the adhaan or immediately after it, and he should get ready to pray beforehand. So he prays four rak'ahs with two tasleems (the regular Sunnah before Zuhr), then he keeps busy reading Qur'aan until the iqaamah for prayer is given, and he prays with the congregation, then he prays two rak'ahs (the regular Sunnah after Zuhr).

Then after the prayer he goes and finishes whatever of his work is left, until it is time to leave work. If there is a long time to go after finishing his work until the time for 'Asr prayer, then he can rest. But if there is not enough time and he fears that if he sleeps he will miss 'Asr prayer, then he should keep busy doing something suitable until the time for 'Asr comes, such as going to the market to buy some things that his family needs and the like, or going straight to the mosque when he has finished his work, and staying in the mosque until he has prayed 'Asr.

Then after 'As, it depends on his circumstances. If he can stay in the mosque and keep busy reading Qur'aan, this is a great opportunity. But if he feels tired, then he should rest at this time so that he will be ready to pray taraaweeh at night.

Before the adhaan for Maghrib, he should get ready to break his fast, and he should do something at this time that will benefit him, whether reading Qur'aan, making du'aa', or having a useful conversation with his wife and children.

One of the best things that he can do at this time is to take part in offering iftaar to those who are fasting, whether by bringing food to them or helping to distribute it to them and organizing that. This brings a great joy which no one knows except those who have experienced it.

After iftaar, he goes and prays in congregation in the mosque, and after the prayer he prays two rak'ahs (the regular Sunnah of Maghrib). Then he goes back home and eats whatever is available - without eating too much. Then he looks for a suitable way for himself and his family to spend this time, whether reading a book of stories, or a book on practical rulings, or a quiz, or permissible conversation, or any other useful idea that is of interest to the members of the family and will distracts them from the haraam things that appear in the media which regard this as their prime time, so you find the media transmitting their most attractive programs at that time, that may contain immoral and obscene material. Strive to turn away from that, and fear Allaah with regard to your "flock" (i.e., your family) concerning whom you will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection, so be prepared to answer the questions.

Then get ready for 'Isha' prayer, go to the mosque and keep busy reading Qur'aan or listening to the lesson being given in the mosque.

Then after that perform 'Isha' prayer, then pray two rak'ahs (the regular Sunnah of 'Isha'), then pray taraaweeh behind the imam with humility and focus, pondering the meanings of what is recited. Do not finish until the imam finishes. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever stands (and prays) with the imam until he finishes, it will be recorded as if he spent the night in prayer." Narrated by Abu Dawood, 1370, and others. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Salaat al-Taraaweeh, p. 15.

Then after Taraaweeh you can make a program for yourself that is suited to your circumstances and personal commitments. But you should pay attention to the following:

Keeping away from all haraam things and whatever may lead to them.

Paying attention to ensuring that your family avoid falling into any haraam thing or whatever may lead to that, in a wise manner, such as preparing a program just for them, or taking them out for leisure trips to permissible places, or keeping them away from bad friends, or looking for good friends for them.

Keeping busy with things that take priority.

Then you should try to sleep early, whilst paying attention to the etiquette of sleep as prescribed in sharee'ah, both actions and words. If you read some Qur'aan or some beneficial books before going to sleep, that is something good, especially if you have not yet completed your daily portion of Qur'aan - so do not go to sleep until you have completed it.

Then wake up before suhoor, allowing enough time to recite du'aa', because this time - the last third of the night - is the time when Allaah descends, and Allaah has praised those who seek His forgiveness at this time, and has promised those who call upon Him at this time that He will answer them, and that He will accept the repentance of those who repent to Him at this time. So do not neglect this great opportunity.

Friday:

Friday is the best day of the week, so you should have a special program of worship on this day, in which you pay attention to the following:

Coming early to Jumu'ah prayer.

Staying in the mosque after 'Asr prayer, and keeping busy with reading Qur'aan and making du'aa' until the last hour of this day, for that is a time when du'aa's are answered.

Make this day an opportunity for completing some of your deeds that you did not finish during the week, such as completing your weekly portion of Qur'aan, or finishing reading a book or listening to a tape and other good deeds.

The last ten days of Ramadaan:

The last ten days of Ramadaan include Laylat al-Qadr which is better than a thousand months. Hence it is prescribed for a person to observe i'tikaaf ("retreat" for the purpose of worship) in the mosque during these ten days, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to do, seeking Laylat al-Qadr. Whoever can observe i'tikaaf at this time, this is a great blessing from Allaah.

Whoever cannot observe i'tikaaf for the entire period should do as much as he is able to.

If he is not able to do i'tikaaf at all, then he should try to spend the nights in worship. Praying qiyaam, reading Qur'aan, remembering Allaah and making du'aa'. He should prepare for that by resting during the day so that he will be able to stay up at night.

Note:

This program is just a suggestion. It is a flexible schedule that each person can adapt to his own circumstances.

This program pays attention to the Sunnahs that are proven from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). It does not mean that everything mentioned here is an obligatory duty, rather it includes many things that are Sunnah and mustahabb.

The most beloved of actions to Allaah are those which are continuous even if they are little. At the beginning of the month a person may be keen to do acts of worship, then he may slow down. Beware of that, and strive to persist in all the actions that you do in this blessed month.

The Muslim should strive to organize his time in this blessed month so that he will not miss out on a great opportunity to do more good and righteous deeds. For example, a person should try to buy all the things that the family needs before the month begins, and he should buy day-to-day needs at times when the stores are not crowded, and visits to friends and family should be organized in such a way that they do not distract from acts of worship.

Make doing lots of acts of worship and drawing closer to Allaah your priority in this blessed month.

Resolve at the beginning of the month to go to the mosque early at the times of prayer, and to complete the Book of Allaah, and to regularly pray qiyaam al-layl in this great month, and to spend (in charity) what you can of your wealth.

Make the most of the opportunity that the month of Ramadaan brings to strengthen your connection to the Book of Allaah, by utilizing the following means:

Read the verses correctly. The way to do that is to have your reading corrected by someone who knows how to read well. If you cannot do that, then by listening to tapes of expert readers.

Revise what Allaah has enabled you to memorize, and memorize some more.

Read the tafseer (commentary) on the verses, either by looking up the verses you do not understand in reliable books of tafseer such as Tafseer al-Baghawi and Tafseer Ibn Katheer and Tafseer al-Sa'di, or by making a program to read a book of tafseer. Start first with the thirtieth Juz' (section) of the Qur'aan, then mover on to the twenty-ninth juz', and so on.

Strive to apply the commands that you read in the Book of Allaah.

We ask Allaah to perfect for us the blessing of Ramadaan, and to help us fast and pray qiyaam throughout the whole month, and to accept (these acts of worship) from us, and to forgive us for our shortcomings

O Allah make us and all Muslims of those who fast and stand in prayer during the month of Ramadhan based on belief and truly seeking Your reward so that we are forgiven our past and future sins.

O Allah make us of those who fasted the month, attained full reward, witnessed Layatul-Qadr and attained success by permission of the Lord, Blessed and Most High.

O Allah, verily you are Forgiver, like to forgive, so forgive us.

O Lord, accept from us, verily you are the All-Hearing, all-Seeing, O Living, O Independent, O Owner of all majesty and honour.

And may the Saláh and Salám of Allah (swt) be Upon our beloved Messenger of Allah Muhammad (sa), his Family, his Companions and those who follow them exactly in faith and worship. Ameen
